Kayla Rudolph, Pharm.D., CEO & Owner

Kayla Marsh, a 2014 graduate of University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy, brings over a decade of diverse experience in both hospital and retail pharmacy. As the co-owner of a national anesthesia staffing agency, she leverages her expertise to ensure Pharmacy Locum Jobs operates with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Jason Blake, Pharm.D.

Pharmacy Operations Director

Jason is a 2011 graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy. Prior to joining Pharmacy Locum Jobs in early 2025, he built a diverse and fulfilling career in several different areas of pharmacy, including hospital administration—while maintaining a strong commitment to high-quality patient care.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, who are active in competitive dance and gymnastics. When time allows, he also enjoys running an occasional marathon. He’s excited to join the Pharmacy Locum Jobs team, where he’s passionate about connecting skilled pharmacists with rewarding opportunities and helping clients strengthen their organizations.

Kathryn Barfield, Pharm.D.

Pharmacist Recruiter & Retail Division

Kathryn is a 2021 graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy. Prior to joining Pharmacy Locum Jobs in early 2025, she worked as a retail pharmacist, giving her deep compassion for others and love of serving her community. In her spare time, she loves to travel to new destinations, needlepoint, and volunteer with the Junior League of Little Rock. With a passion for connecting top-tier professionals with leading pharmacies, Kathryn is excited to help both pharmacists and clients achieve their professional goals.

Karah Johnson

Director of Operations

Karah has a passion for helping people and fostering inclusion within the healthcare community. She plans to use her background in healthcare management to help bring innovative ideas to help the company continue to grow and succeed! Karah is certified through APPR in Locum Tenens Management.

In her spare time she enjoys reading, playing music and spending time with her family.

Controller

Justin Reddig graduated from Arkansas Tech with a Bachelor’s in 2018 and has been in Accounting since. During his free time, he loves spending time with his family, serving at church and on mission trips to Cuba, or running and playing golf on the weekends! He is currently working on his Doctorate in Finance and hopes to be completed sometime in 2027!
